****mer who over-charges and wants to inflate the repair cost

We used this company to repair our garage door after the tension cable broke based on their reviews which seemed to be very high. After the initial repair he advised that there will be a 30 day warranty period for the repair. We called Lucky back after 30 min to inform him that the garage door was stuck. He them claimed he had repaired the door and there was nothing wrong with it. He came out a few days later and the same thing happened so we called him again after 30 min to inform him that we couldn't operate the door after his so-called repairs. After the second attempt at his **** repairs, he then wanted us to pay for his 3rd callout, labour and parts but I wasn't convinced that he was being honest. Eventually I repaired the garage door myself and I discovered that he had installed the one tension cable incorrectly and there was no way that the door was going to operate normally. This meant that there was nothing wrong with the garage door or the parts he quoted for, we were just dealing with a contractor who wanted to **** us with a higher repair cost. We will not deal this supplier again in future.
