Lucion Cloete Architect *********

The review about our business; Interiors by Wanda Michelle Interiors, has been posted by Architect, Lucion Cloete. An angry, delinquent contractor who not only is in breach of contract and completely unwilling and unable to deliver his mandate. As a freelance architect, we entered into a three-month agreement with Mr Cloete to supply interior design, joinery detailing and 3D rendering services. After just over one calendar month, he then took a full-time job, disabling his ability to deliver as per contract. With less than one-third of project deliverables supp****, Mr Cloete is ransoming our master files, intellectual property, and client data, demanding he is paid two-thirds of the contract value to compensate for his dire personal financial position fuelled by his loss of work and alcohol! Furthermore, in communications at no point has Interiors by Wanda Michelle refused to pay; our request was for Mr Cloete to present a full project scope to show his lack of delivery vs payment demands; a standard industry practice. If he were to reconcile his project deliverables; this would show how with his full-time job he is way behind on work due and even if his new employer; 'Think Space Interiors' knew he is moonlighting' it is now physically impossible for Mr. Lucion Cloete to deliver said works within our project time frame. Hence, he is in breach of his private contract and is using inflammatory, abusive language and ********* techniques to extract payments from us. For the record, Interiors by Wanda Michelle do not have one single supplier or vendor financial dispute and have not done so for several years. We have a twenty-plus-year respected history in the interior design trade and our multiple efforts to seek reconciliation with Mr Cloete have been met with a barrage of juvenile, aggressive, threatening commentary, verbally and in writing. I have sincerely appealed to Hello Peter's better judgment to remove his defamatory post and I will happily supply contractual and written evidence to this post. I am a director of Interiors by Wanda Michelle and I ask that anyone to contact me personally at *** or *** should you wish to understand how this Architect who flits in and out of permanent employment handles private contracts and then fails hopelessly to deliver. To support his unprofessionalism; he operates under a Gmail account as opposed to any operational structure.
