Avoid this gearbox company at all costs - Unacceptable service and communication

I'm writing this review as a warning to others. The service from this gearbox company has been an absolute nightmare. 8 weeks and counting, my car is still waiting for parts, and I've had to endure the most appalling communication (or lack thereof) from their staff.

Despite numerous calls, messages, and emails, I've been met with silence, dishonesty, and downright rudeness. They've **** about the arrival of parts, ignored my requests for updates, and refused to answer calls. It took a personal visit to the workshop to discover nothing had been done on my car, contradicting their verbal and written assurances.

When I asked to speak to the manager or owner, I was given the runaround. The manager had the audacity to put me on mute for 12 minutes! Neither the manager nor owner has had the decency to contact me with a solution or apology.

This lack of communication and accountability has left me without a vehicle, unable to see my overseas family, and forced to walk 2km with my young daughter on an isolated farm road where a ***ual assault occurred in the past. Unacceptable.

Until they can demonstrate basic honesty and accountability, I'd advise anyone to steer clear. 0/10 - wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. I only gave 1 star because 0 wasn't an option
