Unsatisfactory service

LUCID NOT LIVING UP TO THEIR PROMISES - FALSE PROMISES I have assigned them to help me by removing my name on Debt review, and paid them R 11 000.00. I was asked to join their inhouse insurance because once they have removed my name, companies will start blacklisting me, so the insurance will kick in to stop that from happening. They claimed the court date is set in four months time. After four months, I have contacted them and they confirmed that the court has declined my request. I then contacted my debt counselor and my file was not moved as they have not received a request from any third party. Issues: 1. How did they approach the court without my file from Debt counselors, as I am told it is impossible to approach the court without moving the file. 2. The insurance I took was no longer needed as they could not assist with what they promised, I then sent them an email to cancel it, till today, they are threatening to blacklist me as I am three months behind with my instalments. For what purpose must I keep on paying the insurance. I have sent emails, phoned Jane Khoza,( Manager) whom she claims she does not work with insurance. REQUIRED 1. Proof that my matter was presented to court in a fair manner 2. The insurance to be cancelled
