Good day<br> <br> i joined the company Lucid Credit in January 2015- and they seemed to be the perfect company to help me get out of my debt.<br> <br> it is now July and still my name has not been cleared. i had to pay them 5000 then 9800 and still they claim to be waiting for a set down date with the NCT and its now almost the end of July. i wanted to buy a vehicle and when i app**** for finance they said that im not cleared and i can not afford the monthly payment. i have been waiting since January its now 23 July 2015. and Lucid is still sending me a email that i have received over 20 times already, i asked for a refund and they say they cannot give me a refund as they have already did work on my profile, but im still blacklisted, i still have a bad credit record and i still dont have a vehicle. i need your help. please help me get my money back. as i feel i could have used the money an i could have gone to pay my accounts and my creditors myself. i have been waiting way to long and me and my Relationship manager have no relationship even though she claims to understand my frustration. please help me. i cant handle this on my own anymore. its just to much for me to deal with on my own.
