Silence is golden......The ********** still not playing ball...must be guilty of soliciting information!

<p>So LUCID are still not playing ball and are actually refusing to assist on this matter at all, The feedback I received from Anershee Naidoo, after working days of lodging this complaint (not a resolution) stated the following....Please note I received feedback from management stating that you failed to follow our internal process where you requested to send a detailed email to our customer care department so that your query can be investigated and an outcome would be provided.... this is blatantly false as it was done online while speaking to Anershee when the complaint was lodged, I even dictated the content of the mail to her.</p> <p> </p> <p>The feedback continues to say....Whilst your matter has been escalated , you did not wait for the outcome instead you went and lodged a complaint on Hello Peter. I received an instruction from management that no further feedback will be provided and the investigation has been closed (end of feedback).........So apparently a consumer is not allowed to post complaints about companies that solicited information from third parties.</p> <p> </p> <p>So please, please, please, whatever you do, DO NOT do business with them, they do not have your best interests at heart, they will go to any means to get customers and their attitude is disgusting!</p>
