Lucid Living Useless Product offerings

Never sign up with this company they are useless. I recently tried to apply for a home loan and I was informed that my credit card which I paid off last year still reflects in arrears on my credit profile, I tried to get information from 2 major credit bureaus and the listing was not with them. Lucid contacted me offering to trace and resolve the dispute, they charged me R3000 for score fixing as well as account update, firstly score fixing is just a sham as they will only send you the obvious monthly to reduce your accounts, which was really a waste of my money. secondly I had to continuously be on their back Saadia was the so called relationship manager who never provided status update, never returned my calls. I took it upon myself to find out which bureau still has my credit card in arrears since I paid it up, I managed to find the bureaus and lodged a dispute myself. Sadiaa then resurfaced on 2 separate occasions claiming that she has not received an update from the said bureau, by the way the said bureau had already updated my profile based on my initiative.

I initially also signed for a R99 montly subs for in case I have this type of issue again, I have been trying to cancel this subscription for a month, sending about 6 emails to Maureen who claims to have been sending me a cancellation document, but honestly I would understand if I couldn't receive the said document from 1 email but I gave her an alternative email, she still comes back with a 1 liner feedback saying check your emails I have resent it.

I still have not managed to cancel this subscription, I have since reversed the said debit order and will continue to do so until they honor my request to cancel.

This company is a sham, believe me what they selling anyone can do themselves provided they have information and which was easy to source, only if I knew I wouldn't have thrown my hard earned money into the bin by signing up with them.

Their service is pathetic and useless.
