Lucid default ****!

This lucid living is the biggest ********** ever! This the second time I am complaining about this and now I have default for something I was fooled into signing up for and which I cancelled a day after I was signed after calling you calling many times and having my called dropped I don't understand why you doing this. To explain my story, it all started 2013 when I was trying to buy my first home and the estate agent used Lucid Living to obtain a credit report and after she received I got a call from lucid saying that the agent advice that I take up some service to improve my score I was hesitant to sign up and wanted to confirm with the agent but I did sign up for the service and called the agent to find out if she really did say suggest I should sign up which she denied. I call lucid living the very next day to cancel this service and encountered very rude service and certain people cutting the call, I then decided to post a complaint on Hellopeter to which they Lucid living responded to with a call from an Indian gentlemen who told me to remove my post as it is defamation and what not and I told him it is not it is was really happened he then told me if I removed it they would cancel my service. I then marked my post as inappropriate put my reasons for doing so to which Hellopeter responded by saying they do not appreciate ******ion from supplier and would keep the complaint for 12 months. I then responded to my post saying I am happy lucid has fixed my case and retracted my statement in that way and communicated with lucid in this regard and they confirmed my account had been cancelled. fast forward to today I have a default in my name from lucid or Lucifer in my case, I mean lucid has my email and cell phone number but they never bother to call or even send a mail to say I have an active account that’s outstanding this absolutely baffling me is this how you make money put defaults on people so you can make them pay to remove them??? honestly this is bullsh*t! Do I need a lawyer to sort this out?
