Lucid are *****s and irresponsible

<p>I received an e-mail from a company called Lucid Credit Clear, in the mail was a link to a credit assessment that they had done on me and you needed password to access it that was also supp**** by them, this so happens to be my ID number....this immediately triggered alarm bells as this is highly personal information that I most certainly do not just share with any random organisation or people.</p> <p> </p> <p>I contacted this organisation to find out where they got my information from and was informed that LUCID is contracted to 70% of dealerships and Bond Originators in South Africa, so when a check is done by them using the Lucid Credit check, your information is automatically uploaded onto their database.</p> <p> </p> <p>Couple of problems with their feedback...beside me having to consentually allow them to contact me or any 3rd party entities (which was not the case), none of the dealerships or banks I have dealt with are aware of thsi organisation, I facilitated my own finance agreements for my vehicle and my bond and most certainly didn't tick any boxes for them.</p> <p> </p> <p>This companies willingness to resolve the matter is less than ideal, they are stalling feedback, putting phones down on me and just being useless.....what ever you do...DO NOT do business with these people, judging by the amount of complaints online, they are a real gem of an organisation!</p> <p> </p> <p>Aneshree Naidoo~from LUCID clear credit, i feel I have to name you specifically for the apaulling efforts you have made so far and for the total unwillingness to solve this, it seems like complaining is the only way to solicite feedback from you and this organisation, never mind that I never asked to be contacted in the 1st place or consented to ahve your information shared!</p> <p> </p>
