Extremly poor service

i paid R3000 for my profile to be updated by so called experts. i was told by Prenesh that this matter will be dealt with 7 days. I gave these con sultant my credit health report which shows which accounts must be updated. i paid for this report. i sent emails and they dont respond. when they want me to deposit R3000 i was getting calls every 5 minutes from Prenesh. he has now made his budget and is a hero of some note. he is short sighted because i will never forget bad service i have received from the company. I indicated to Aneshree that i want out as it was still early and no work was done. to date i have not received feedback. i now want to handle this on my own. i will defer my plans. when you call and leave a message they dont call back. this is one of the money making schemes from consumers that want to update their profiles. the claims made are not in order. this is not a joke.
