Debited money from my account without my concent

We were looking for a property with my wife beginning of September 2015, we submitted our documents to the agent, the agency passed ,Ooba so that they can find us a home loan,all of a sudden we were contacted buy these guys from Lucid they require us a sum of R5200 to fix my credit score, I told them I don't have such money and they asked when will I have it , and told them to call me month end . To my supriced on my payday R5200 was debited from my acc , when I tried to reverse the bank couldn't cause they did is as if it's a purchase. I was surprised cause I never met these guys,I don't even know their offices how could I swiped my card in their machine. I have been calling this Sahid guy and Lucia , they are playing hide and seek now . I told them ,what they are doing is ***** and I want my money back on my account till now it's not paid.? . The worse thing I never signed anything with them and I knew nothing about them. They only send me their forms after they have taken my money from my account. Only God know who gave them my acc and a right to take that money.
