Worst experience

<p>I ordered a DVD and EXAM pack from them. <br />The DVD took 2 months to arrive. When i eventually received it, i tried to use it, but the DVD was not written to the disk properly, rendering the DVD useless. I phoned their offices to see if they can just place the actual vidoe on Google drive so that i can still obtain the necessary information for my exams, they declined. After i phoned and spoke to Luciano, he said that once i ship it back to him, he will give me back my money. <br />After incuring a further cost of shipping it back, he just plainly refuses. <br />I urge the community to not endourse such thievery going forward. </p>
