Unisa Study packs advertised by Luciano

I have acted on an e-mail received on myUnisa from Luciano advertising Unisa study packs, training etc. Since the e-mail was received on myUnisa (UNISA's portal) I thought that it would be a trustworthy source/company.<br> <br> However, since I paid R450 on 6 Jan 2015, I am still waiting on my study pack / refund.
