Not refunding after they said they would

These people supp**** the wrong answers and exam papers, then they reply to me and said that they never received feedback from the lecturers from Unisa so they will have to refund my money. Now almost a month later they refuse to refund me and said that the lecturer said there was minor discrepancies. If they did not supply me with what was originally needed how can they admit to their wrong doing and then try to avoid doing refunds. How on earth do you steel money from people who are trying to better themselves. They are *******. I want my R400.00 refund that is due to me.
