Poor service

I ordered a exam pack on the 9th March 2016. I specifically ordered it so that I have enough time to work through past papers as an examples. Waited to weeks to find out that it was only posts 2 weeks later. Payment was made on the 9th of March as well as proof of payment was emailed on the 9th. Now I don't have enough time to work through I and I wasted money. Manager not even willing to deliver product to me after their wrong doing. Worst service ever. Do not ever use them as they don't care if they take your money and I your receive your exams packs late. And then Unisa refer Luciano and this is how their service is.Utterly pathetic.
