LATE/ NO DELIVERY

I ordered and paid for an exam pack and haven't received it after a month. I sent a lot of emails and didn't get any feedback, every time I phoned they had a different excuse and said they posted it and I will receive it in 3 days but they never wanted to give the tracking number after he said that he will sent it. I went to the offices, and got the disc of which 40 minutes of the 3 hours didn't work and wasn't completely recorded and stopped while the guy was still explaining. It doesn't even cover the important parts of the subject, he spent the 3 hours explaining how to do the calculations and didn't even explain where and how to disclose the calculation. What a waste of time and money. DO NOT use them!!!!
