Cantractual agrrement is a hoax

I recently terminated my contractual agreement with lucca special needs school, Blairegowrie JHB. TheT&C are clear. 1 terms notice. If fees are not paid on the 1st of every month the learner is suspended for overdue fees. If not paid by 7th its areas and the account will be handed over to the credit beuearu. In my case, on my termination date my account was paid up. I was handed over as unpaid fees for the preceeding 3 months. I was to pay the full 3 months on the termination date. Contractually I am supposed to pay this monthly over the next 3 months. Legaly there is no recourse for their changing of the agreement. My excellent credit name has been jepodised. I have to incurr legal help and financial strain to have my name removed of the credit register. Lucca carries on as per normal. If you go into a contractual agreement with this school be very VIGILANT. As far as it being a good school. I cant praise them. What is promised at the interview sessions is not what is the real out come. Plus they do not give a trial period. You have to pay the full deposit and enrol your child to find out if this school suits your needs. That should have been my red flag. Most special needs schools, with good integrity and moral values provides an unpaid trial period of 2 weeks with feedback.
