Excellence

I have just trashed a corporate, and feel obliged to praise someone very deserving. My very clear choice is Lucas Chemical Trading. I have been doing business with them for about 30 years and have never once had the slightest problem. That sounds impossible. If there has been the slightest glitch it has been totally obliterated by my pleasant thoughts of their service excellence. When I am looking for an obscure chemical I phone LCT and nearly always they find it. If I only want a tiny quantity they treat it the same as a one ton order. If they do not deliver it within 24 hours they 'phone to apologize! They send a data sheet even if it is a small order. They go more than the extra mile as a matter of routine. They will give me prices even if I do not to buy the chemical, but need it for a costing. Nothing is too much trouble for LCT. I guess I could go on for hours singing their praises, but suffice to say that Lucas Chemical Trading is by far the best supplier I have ever had, and they are a cornerstone of my business.
