Useless feedback and no delivery

It has been more than 90 days since the last tracking information and i still haven't received my items. This is surely a ****. A lot of people complaining. After various emails requesting tracking information on my item, they just respond by, it has been shipped. Useless and items disappeared from the tracking system and universe.
