Shocking DSTV Installer

A callout was booked to repair a broken DSTV installation. The technician arrived and proceeded to complete the work. We received the invoice for R 1450 to install a second hand LNB and tape it to the dish using tape. The old very cracked cable was not repaired/replaced…. I called to question this and was only met with sarcasm and abrupt responses. The company advised they would come out and install a new dish but surprise surprise they did not arrive. I followed up but no response… people like this should not be in business.
