Pathetic service from dstv installer

This DSTV installer came out to install my DSTV and wanted payment for the installation. I was not home at the time and had to effect the eft payment. When I got home the dstv was not working. Now after a month they still have npt come out to fix my dstv. I only got a message back, case closed take your stuff to dstv
