LUBESERVE/LUBRICATION SERVICES SA's way of doing business

Placed and paid for an order, 3weeks late on delivery(quoted 2-3 days), tried following up daily with Ronald regarding delivery, can NEVER get hold of him. always has excuses when he does answer, when we asked for a refund on items not supp****, response we got was "he already spent the money". He has been promising for two weeks to do the refund but still waiting.
