Incompetence of lubizo Aluminium Kraaifontein

I would like to complain about lubizo aluminium located in kraaifontein. I saw his adverti*****t from Facebook, we made arrangements, he finalised the quotation, I took all my bonus money to pay him 70% off the amount he asked in December 17, we had agreement to pay the rest of the money in March 18 and he promised to start working towards the end of January 18. I waited til end of February 18, he then contacted me to say he cannot do the job without being paid off. As planned ipaid him off on the 15 March 18. He promise to start and finish the job before the end of April, I waited till May with no apologies, no phone calls to explain him for not doing the job. The end of May i contacted him , he promised to do the finish the job before end of June and he came on the 2 June 18 to install the windows, the other glasses were broken, wrong size and incomplete with no doors. He then promise to come back and I've been phoning him in between sometimes get a voicemail or no answer. He the contacted me on the 20 July 18 to say he undercharged me and must help him by paying extra because he realized that he charged me less. So he still owes me my 6 windows, 2 doors and 2 sliding doors. I would like to alert people from Western Cape to take note of this lubizo aluminium incompetence Thank you
