Wedding Dress fitting gone wrong

Visited Lubellos with the hope of fitting a few dresses that are currently on their website and are being advertised on their Facebook page.

Unfortunately most dresses were not available, and had to make a pick out of only a few dresses.

I could not make a choice however as most of the dress sizes were minuscule! I wear a UK10 and was unable to fit into any of my chosen dresses in the store. A lot of them were only available to fit in a Size UK6 or UK8 which was disappointing to say the least. The size 10's that were, in fact, available were too small as well - and I had been to other bridal houses on the same day and fit perfectly into their size 10's - some were even too big!

I feel that if you pay R250 for a fitting, at least have options open for the standard sized bride. I also found the consultant's service appalling - she did not even know what an A-line style dress is.

So firstly the service was terrible, we weren't offered refreshments (not even water, as I feel that comes standard at most bridal houses) and all the dresses (that I liked) were too small to make a choice.

PS - some of the dresses were brown from all the fittings as well - I would recommend dry cleaning.

I would not recommend Lubellos to any bride. It ruined my experience.
