BidorBuy's Lubbe Agency TA MeCo ********** sales

I bought a new Paradox Beam from Andries Lubbe through BidorBuy. FIrstly, it arrived a week late. I failed to get it connected to the system, and finally paid an electrician to do the job. The beam turned out to be a second hand device that was not working at all. It has clearly been used, was not wrapped in the original package and missing some parts. Andries did apologise and paid back 60% of the money. We are yet to see the remainder of the sale price money of R800. He has been avoiding us, not answering our calls and ignoring WhatsApp's.
