BE WARE OF THIS OWNER LUBA MOYO IN BLOUBOSRAND

Luba Moyo stole Armani ( Nigerian) deposit of R4500 for a room to rent last year end of September. After the tenant paid hes deposit she told me her then property practitioner to tell the tenant she doesnt want him anymore but doesnt have hes deposit to give him back. Despite numerous messages between myself, Armani and Luba she refused to take the matter serious, it got so bad that I had to go file for a protection order against this tenant. While Luba was hiding out in ZIMBABWE. In december 2022 she called me up to go and baby sit her property , a 3 bedroom house plus 2 one bedroom cottages in BLOUBOSRAND to which i agreed.

City of JHB came twice to disconnect the water supply after i helped her to place a tenant.

She gets handymen to go and fix her property, the garden service etc and doesnt pay them after the job is done. Please be careful of this owner shes a pathalogical **** , she used me could not even thank me for looking after her home.

Shes now going around deferming my character and my name. i got fired from my job in november because she couldnt pay back the tentant and the tenant made contact with my boss. And shes living her best life running from debts.
