The guy is a ****mer a building project that he was supposed to finish January 2025 is still incomplete. We ended up having to terminate the contract because he keeps demanding more money to finish the project and we ended up overpaying him compared to the work he has done because we wanted him to finish the project. When we requested the money that we overpaid him after terminating the project he refuses. The quality of his work is so bad, tiles on the floor are not the same. In a new house we had to get another plumber come in because of leaking sink and toilet. He refuses to give us any certificates.
