Poor Service and Theft

I hired Luambo`s Engineer & Technicians to install Cameras, Unlimited Wifi and Unlimited Power Intereption, they did the work in my absence which i paid for it, when i went to check the Ups was not installed, Unlimited Wifi only worked for one Month instead of Four years, Cameras only operated for three Month, they also claimed Money for Snooker which they never delivered. When i asked them about all this they promised to refund and now they are not taking my calls, i also refered them to two of my friends and they also complained about bad service.
