Very Dissatisfied

Would not recommend. Bought clothing on Black Friday. When I finally received it (after a long waiting period) the dresses I bought was to small. I informed Lu-may and they sent me a whatsapp, I can return the items within 5 days after delivery. I drove to the shop in Farie Glen to return the items just to find out they wont exchange the clothing as it was bought on black friday. This was never communicated to me. This is utterly unacceptable as this is a online store and spent more than a R1000 on my order. How can you not exchange clothing or try to accommodate me in any way?
