Lts solutions not hapoy Customer

My name is Thembi i joined LTSSOLUTIONS creditors by the solution of helping me to be removed from debt review.,ok i joined and paid R2500 first then they told me i will get the help i waited for the statement showing me about my creditors negotiations. i called Mandisa to check how far with the matter of negotiations and payment plans she told me they are still busy with payments, ok again i waited thinking i will get my statement show the payment of my creditors dololo. i called Mandisa is no longer working there ok. one time i got a call from Minnie recruitment agency recruiting me imagine cool i liase my story to her she said she will talk to the manager till to date im still waiting for my money that i paid cause i did not get help i paid R5000. Hello peter please help. When i call they dont pick up no communication till to date. I get amused seeing people appreciating the service they received. But me nothing. Till todate my creditors are calling with the outstanding. Im not a happy Customer.
