Lts solutions is very unprofessional

This company is so unprofessional that I feel I’m being ****med, I don’t get feedback when I enquire I was promised a statement of my paid creditors last week but now I keep following up and no response, Also the first month’s payments was apparently for fees which was not conveyed in writing they just make up their rules as they go Along. I keep getting harassed by my creditors. I wouldn’t suggest anyone to deal with them.
