Debt Consolidation = ****mers

I regret moving from Debt Review onto Debt Consolidation. These guys have been paid since January 2023 and all they have done is pay our vehicle finance and NONE of our other debt. We are being harassed day in and day out. Now the bank has a judgement against us and we have been forced to hand the car back to the bank. I have tried phoning both numbers on their website, no luck, but have left voicemails. I have emaled, no luck. I have sent whatsapp messages which is how Kim, the agent, and I have been in contact, no luck, she doesn't even read my messages. The last contact I had with Kim was on 1 April. I refused to sign a debit order and have been paying via EFT. Till date I have not received 1 statement or proof of payment to our creditors. I have sent an email as well as an enquiry via their website terminating our agreement with them. I will be contacting our creditors and will get self us out of debt. I refuse to be taken for a fool. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM. THEY GET YOU INTO MORE DEBT THAN BEFORE YOU STARTED.
