At this point I'm convinced they are *****sters. They have taken over my mother's debt management more than 120 days ago. None of her creditors have been paid. We cannot get in touch with anyone on any of their numbers. It either rings forever or goes straight to voicemail. Kim, the agent she was working with is now apparently on "maternity leave". This is the same agent who assured her on multiple occasions that they are not *****sters. There were two other women she has spoken to regarding proof that the creditors have been paid, among other things. Yet nothing has been done and nobody has gotten back to her. We will be laying a case of ***** and theft against the company. I see that they respond on here, hence me leaving this review. Maybe here we could get some communication. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL ROB YOU FOR ALL THAT YOU'RE WORTH.
