HIGHLY IMPRESSED WITH SERVICE

I have suffered from such bad service from so many companies lately that I thought it was time to actually praise a company that has really impressed me. I have recently had to replace an old air-con in my house and decided to get a quote from LTS. I was visited promptly by the technical manager Jaco Pieterse and accepted their quote. The air-con was installed on the date promised by an efficient team with Jaco on site monitoring the job almost throughout the process. Although it is still early days the air-con is working well and I would definitely recommend them and use them again based on my experiences with them so far.
