disrespectful treatment from Putco Bus driver. Bus load 427

Today 11/11/2019 at 07:00 I experienced disrespectful and poor service from your bus taking Route 043, bus load number 427 from Soshanguve via Brooklyn. This particular bus is driven by a certain Mr. Masenya.

This man is disrespectful and seems to forget he is carrying passengers old and young to their various destinations. This morning as two passengers including myself could not alight from our usual bus stop and he decided to pass and drop us at the next bus stop few metre from the usual bus stop.

He has a girlfriend who gets on the bus anywhere especially in the Soshanguve area. This behaviours is disrespectful and spoils the good name of Putco built from 1945. Do something about this driver.
