Unprofessional mechanic

Very unprofessional mechanic named Jones. I took my car an Audi A4 in on 22/02/2025 for repair of oil leakage and Aircon not blowing cold air. The mechanic kept on saying that he's waiting for parts. On 20 March I insisted that I want my car, he said I must come collect it on Sat 22/03/2025. When I got to the workshop the gates were locked and no one was there. I called him but no response, sent a WhatsApp message which he responded later to it stating that he was in Durban. We then agreed that I must collect the car on Monday afternoon 14h00. The gates were still locked and he was not answering his phone nor responding to my messages though we were chatting in the morning and making all the arrangements for the collection of the car.
