Linroy Solomon photographer ripped us off

Linroy Solomon is a photographer from Johannesburg. We requested him to be a photographer for my sister's birthday, paid him in time to ensure that everything goes well and that was in September. Around November, we had to keep pushing him to deliver pictures, they were even edited by using filters and not properly edited - was not really happy with the type of pictures I saw - he was editing using Adobe Light room on his phone on the day he was supposed to send the pictures.

Linroy has still has not provided us with quality pictures, when calling, he does not respond to our calls, whatsapp messages or emails. One day I called him using someone's phone and he answered, claimed to deliver but even now in January no pictures to produce as proof.. He acts all dumb and stupid when asking him about pictures.
