Be aware of this guy. Leon Strachen Jnr, operating under LS Maintenance, is taking your money (deposit) and only do some of the agreed work and then he gets missing in action. He is very clever in the sense that he will reply to your calls, but always with an excuse and this cat and mouse process will drag on for days and days. When it comes to payback time, his maths is not good either. He supp**** about R 750 worth of material and claimed that the material cost was R 1800. He also claimed that he paid R 1000 for labour, but his bulder was camping on our pavement, claiming that he did not received a cent. I think this sketched a picture of the guy.
