Building contruction failures

The contractor does not complete the work with the correct materials. Leon Strachan at ********** , and email ********** CC/93/03525/23. He did not use the construction material that was purchased for the job. He removed the material without permission from the construction site. Please be careful this person is a psychopath and a person who can only tell leis.
