They here to help but is not helping.

I'm so upset right now. I arranged with a consultant on saterday for an agreement to pay my account montly on the 25th of Feb 2025 and to make a first deposit on the 31 of January 2025 to show I'm willing to work with them even though I'm unemployed and they said to me that they are here to help not to jugde now I got an Sms that I did not honoured the payment agreed and now taking it further can you explained to me that 2 days before I need to make my first deposit I get that sms it doesnt make sense.
