They found that all my cooling hoses were old and advised me to replace for R10 000. I understood this as my car is old. They came back to tell me my car needs a cylinder head for R60 000. This was odd as the car had not overheated. I took it to another mechanic who flushed out the cooling system and the car was fine. He charged me for one hour Labour instead of the R60 000 quoted.
