LQ Projects poor workmanship and unprofessional service

Poor workmanship and unprofessional service. Paid this contractor to have my JoJo tank fixed and they made it worse. Louis doesn't keep appointments or promises to come and fix the issue, he avoids my calls and have constant excuses. Bad experience dragging out for more than a year.
