Cheated from my money

I was so disgusted and disappointed with this company. They came to my home to fumigate. I paid them twice by accident and they promised to refund me. A few days later they have not returned my calls after they had promised to pay me back. Its been a month and I still have not received my refund. I'm so disgusted, this is not how business is done.
