Disappointing Customer Service Experience Despite Professional Therapy I started my treatments at LPG Endermology Clinic in June 2025 and was initially impressed by the professionalism and support of the the******. The sessions, including LPG and Ozone, were effective and thoughtfully guided. However, my experience was significantly overshadowed by the behaviour of the receptionist, who treated me with abruptness and disrespect when I attempted to arrange payment for an EMS package. Despite being transparent about my intention to settle the outstanding amount, I was met with belittling remarks. What made matters worse was the business owner’s dismissive handling of the issue when I addressed it directly. Rather than acknowledging the concern, I was made to feel as if I was exaggerating or misrepresenting events. This lack of client care and accountability is deeply disappointing, especially in a clinic that markets itself as focused on wellbeing. While the the******s are skilled, the front-of-house experience and lack of client dignity make it difficult for me to recommend the clinic without reservations.
