Waste of time

Whatever it is that they are doing it's wasting people's time, they are practically forcing people to come spend 45minutes for their business presentation in the hope that people would become their clients by promising holiday voucher upfront, My time and wife's was wasted as we went to collect the voucher passing by to other commitments. We left when we realized we were wasting our time, and the receptionist is so unfriendly for a business like that no hospitality whatsoever.
