WASTE MY DAMN TIME!

<p>I was called numerous times to come in and collect a vochure related to free accomodation, I confirmed a time and a date: 10:00am at Hampton Office Park. I was told that my partner needed to come along with me for the presentation, which i confirmed would not be possible. The person on the call then confirmed that i could come alone. I arrive at this place and the 2 woman at reception refuse to help me, I am extreamly ****ed off at this as this was a complete waste of my time, and the women at reception were extreamly rude to me on top of it!!!! This company is obviously lacking in communication as if the person making the bookings MUST state that I was coming alone, so I can be helped but just got sent away, WITHOUT speaking to managment as I requested! Thank you Lumen Ventis for wasting my TIME and MONEY and i will no longer support your business!!!!</p>
