Refusing to refund

We canceled our membership within the cooling off period of 2 weeks ( 27 October 2022), we signed up on the 22nd of October 2022. I was told the refund process takes about 14 working days, I waited...but still today we have not yet received my money! We were assisted by Sidwell Mojalefa who signed us up n Nicholas Longueira who captured the cancellation and refund request, but since then....nobody can tell us exactly why we have not yet been refunded!!! This is the worst service we've ever had! We do not recommend LPA to anyone at all! we tried all the attempts to communicate with them, now we just have to report them for ***** because they are ********!!! LPA024748
