Lumen Ventis _****

Well to all the other people who went through to Lumen Ventis what a ****. We also got the phone call about the free holiday voucher. I told my husband it is nonsense however he wanted to see for himself, so off we went. So the telemarketer tells you it will be 45 minutes. But when you get in there it is the cheesiest sleaziest presentation you will every have. Firstly our "sales consultant" Jacky spoke about himself as if he was a third person and then wanted a whoop whoop after everything he said. Needless to say it was a ******* presentation using a rollerdex which had printouts of places on and the rollerdex was mouldy and dirty. When my husband asked for the website address to look at the resorts he was told we cannot have it because the resorts change so often - to which my reply was you are selling timeshare but you cannot even show us with which resort. We then had to wait 15 minutes while his computer counted down to get the voucher (longest 15 minutes of my life) while the Sales Consultant tries to force you to buy timeshare. Then finally the response came back and whoop whoop we did not get a mid week break we got a weekend break which according to Jacky is very rare. Well when you get home to log into the website and the voucher is only valid for a year - there is no availability for the next 2 years.

So stay clear the only certain thing about Lumen Ventis is ;

1. They will waste your time 2. They try and keep you in the office for as long as possible 3. You feel like you are doing an underhanded sleazy deal with someone 4. You will get NOTHING there is no free voucher it is just a **** and a big waste of your time.
