Lowveld Roof and Gutter is a no-no

My roof leaked badly after very heavy rains. Two gentlemen from Lowveld Roof and Gutters came, gave me a quote only for the area where it leaked. because of how seemingly nice they were, I decided I might as well have the whole roof done. I paid R40 000 upfront. I was then phoned to ask for another R20 000 to buy the paint. I paid that, but wondered why I had to pay more. They came to 'wash' the roof with a brush and pool acid. A few days after that, they came to 'seal' the roof. Only a section was done. When they left, there was another storm and heavy rain, and my roof leaked even worse. When I asked them to come back, they never did. I had to get a new contractor to assist me, and he showed me that the cleaning of the roof was not done professionally, and the sealant that was painted on, was already deteriorating. Now I want my money back, and am now paying an attorney to get my R59000 back because they do not come up to face the music. The so-called owner never called me, only his sidekick.

DO NOT USE Lowveld Roof and Gutters. they know nothing of roofing, and only worsen problems.
