Disgusted, Inhuman service

I am highly disappointed and disgusted. We received ashes via a courier service selected by Lowveld Crematorium situated in Mbombela. One of our family members passed away in Mbombela which alone was a shock to the family. We chose Lowveld Crematorium to take possession of his body and to perform the service of cremating the body. We expected a excellent service. On the day of receiving his ashes we opened the plastic wrap and there some of the ash spilled on the floor. How can one operate like this? Where is the decency of safe packing ash of a beloved one. This was shocking how the package or cylinder in which the ash came was open. There is no humanity in the way Lowveld Crematorium had dealt with the package.
